Founded in 1985 and tracing roots back as far as 1968, we continue to evolve to better serve our customers.
When choosing a water well company it's important to find someone with well established roots, but you can't stop there. You must also find a company who continues to evolve. Modern technology has improved the efficiency and operation of water well systems. Our technicians receive continual training to stay up to date on the latest advancements to improve your system.
In 1968, Jim Conner, started a company known as Tiff City Pump. Through his hard work and dedication he turned Tiff City Pump into the #1 seller of submersible pumps in the USA in the 1980's. Featured on the cover of what has become the Water Well Journal, Tiff City Pump made a name for itself in the industry. In 1999 Jim Conner & his son-in-law Ted Huston severed ties with Tiff City Pump and eventually it went out of business; selling off their assets and phone numbers to another company. Ryan Huston, son of Ted Huston, grandson of Jim Conner, has restored the family legacy of superior quality and customer service. Having learned beneath their expertise most of his life, Ryan is proud to continue the line that was lost in 1999.

While we specialize in giving our customers a professional experience every time, at our core we are simply a family owned small business. We take pride in every job we do. While we offer many of the benefits of larger companies the one thing that we never want to lose is our personal touch.
A common phrase heard today is to "SHOP LOCAL". We will always encourage customers to shop local and believe the entire 4-State area is one, large local/regional area with lots of great options. More important than someone's location though is what they do for the communities. We believe in giving back as often as we can. We support school athletic, band/choir, and FFA programs across the area. We are involved with the Mcdonald County Fair, Meals for Hope, and have previously helped out with such charities as Water for Life and 2nd Milk along with donating to several local churches. Our children have grown up in this area and remain in this area with one working her way through Nursing school and another wrapping up High School. We are proud, lifelong members of the 4-State area.
