Our first priority to our customers is quality. While we believe price is important it must take a back seat to quality. We buy in bulk and leverage our partnerships with our suppliers to get the best pricing; that allows us to sell premium products at prices very similar to the final invoices of our competitors for lessor quality materials. We also believe in transparency and refuse to price low to get a job only to leave our customer's with a higher bill in the end. Sometimes projects can change which can affect price but we will discuss this with you before moving forward and will keep you informed throughout the process. Pricing in the water well industry is very "site specific" as each system has been set up differently and requires different things to effectively repair, replace, or install your new equipment. With that in mind we have compiled some generic pricing for different services our customers frequently ask about. Please keep in mind these are just general ballparks and in order for us to give you the highest quality of service at affordable pricing we need to tailor your estimate for your specific needs. All generic pricing was updated in July of 2024 and is subject to industry price changes also.
This pricing is for "turn-key" systems and varies by options you choose. We will adjust to fit your needs.
300' Well $12,000-$18,000
500' Well $17,000-$25,000
700' Well $20,000-$29,000
900' Well $25,000-$35,000
We obviously skipped some depths and wells don't always get drilled to even depths but this is to be used as a general guideline. NOTE: WELLS IN NEWTON AND JASPER COUNTY MISSOURI HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRE SITE SPECIFIC PRICING, CALL US FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PRICE AS THE STATE HAS MANDATED CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW WELLS THAT GENERALLY INCREASE YOUR PRICING SUBSTANTIALLY COMPARED TO THESE GENERIC PRICES.
When you have well pump issues it's not always the worst case scenario. Many times the failure is an above ground part which does not require your pump to be pulled. All pricing is based on ballpark numbers for actual jobs done.

There are a lot of moving parts in your well and a lot of different reasons it might need to be pulled. It could have been hit by lightning, have worn impellers, bad bearings, holes in pipe, rubbed wire spots, and even just old age. As such each job is a little different on what is needed and each well location presents its own set of challenges. Wells that are in the open are the cheapest to service because they allow us to get the job done quicker. Wells that are in a building take additional time and sometimes require specialized equipment which of course affects the price. The best case scenario is that the repair is a simple break in the wire or a leak up top which can be repaired and no other issues test present further down the well. In those cases repairs typically range from $900-$1500 and don't require pulling all the equipment.
These prices are for pump, motor, and wire and are usually a worst case scenario. All pricing is based on the well being in the open with no trees or obstructions overhead or around the well.
1/2hp $1600-$2400
3/4hp $2000-$3000
1hp $2600-$4000
1.5hp $3200-$5000
2hp $5800-$7500
Obviously the depth of the pump setting matters quite a bit in the total costs so these numbers are based on the standard depths we see these horsepowers at in our area. Most importantly, not every well needs to be pulled so having a state licensed, qualified, and trained technician with experience to diagnose your well is critical. We have done many insurance inspections after other companies have worked on the equipment only to find it was a simple on top fix and did not need to be pulled.
We do not believe in the "cookie-cutter" approach to water treatment where a company offers just one solution and tries to solve all of your problems. Water quality is a science and requires an understanding of chemistry, geology, and good old fashion common sense. While we have listed some generic pricing below. give us a call to get exact recommendations for your area and your water quality. These prices are also for each item installed as a stand alone equipment, when more is needed we discount pricing to reflect less labor costs and materials per unit.
AIO Sulfur/Iron Filter $3600
